The New York Red Bulls defeated Real Salt Lake 1-0 for the Western Conference Championship which qualifies them for a meeting with a familiar foe from the Eastern Conference--the Columbus Crew--in the MLS Cup final next Sunday. This is the first ever MLS Cup final for both clubs. I don't have much time to go into detail--I will do that in a future post, but I do want to say that the Red Bull goalkeeper Capero was almost flawless in the playoffs.
Before I end this post, I just wanted to mention one thing. I was looking at some of my most recent posts and noticed that I forgot to follow up on my most post regarding the Tottenham-Dinamo Zagreb UEFA Cup match. I apologize for that.
